Cancellation Policy

• A debit or credit card is required when booking for all services.

• You will receive a text message reminder 72hrs prior to your appointment.

• Providing less than 48hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling requires client pay 50% of the service booked.

• For lightening/color services it’s a $100 flat fee for reschedule/cancellation due to their price range.

Same day cancellation/reschedule

or no show

Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Due to the short notice, it does not allow for the opportunity to fill the spot.

I do however understand emergencies happen, please reach out to me directly if you have any questions.

All fees are billed via square invoices and are due when received.
